Shipping policy

SERVICE CHARGES

Animal Health Express pays freight on most all items except: rush orders, products marked COLD or HAZARD, Alaska, Hawaii, or any products that you request special shipping on. We have a $19.95 one time processing service charge on all orders. Alaska & Hawaii include an additional $75 shipping charge. 

COLD 

Items are shipped FREE to addresses in Arizona of New Mexico, a handling fee of $19.95 applies. Outside those states Cold products are shipped 2 day transit mode. The shipping fee of $34 is applied to those cold orders.

FOB

Items that are heavier than 3 pounds may have a weight charge. Items that require large or long boxes may have a weight charge. Service charge of $19.95 will still apply.

HAZARD

Hazard items cost $40 for ground shipping. Service charge of $19.95 will be applied.

DOUBLE EXPRESS

If you need it “yesterday” request our “DOUBLE EXPRESS” service. Your order must be placed over the phone for expedited shipping. Call us at 1-800-533-8115 to arrange for express service.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS:
Sorry – we do not ship outside of the United States.
