Pneumabort K+1b is a killed virus to protect pregnant mares against abortion caused by rhinopneumonits. Pneumabort K+1b contains two strains of EHV1, increasing antibody production.
- For pregnant mares, give a 2 mL dose IM during the 5th, 7th and 9th months of pregnancy.
