I ordered this item on thanksgiving night and it was not sent out until a week later so I had to look for another place that I could get ASAP due to my dog being a senior dog and did not want my cats catch it either. If you want positive reviews, I suggest getting the orders sent out as soon as possible. While I understand I ordered on thanksgiving night, it could have been shipped out by black Friday to have it here within couple of days and but didn’t even bother. I emailed and asked for a full refund when I sent it back in which they confirmed they would however, it took several follow ups on the email to send me return label including phone calls. Every single time I tried to call them, the phone was NOT answered until yesterday late afternoon. I finally got my rerun label after numerous of time calling to have them email it after I spoke to someone there who then emailed a return label almost immediately afterwards.
