Dose rate of 1 mL per 10 kg (22 lb) of body weight, corresponding to the recommended dose rate of 0.5 mg eprinomectin per kg of body weight.
Eprinomectin is a member of the macrocyclic lactone class of endectocides which have a unique mode of action. Compounds bind selectivley and increase the permeability resulting in paralysis and death of the parasites.
