CITADEL L5 provides protection against five major Leptospira serovars, including defense against urinary shedding of Leptospira borgpetersenii serovar hardjo (type hardjo-bovis) – the serovar primarily responsible for chronic infections. CITADEL VL5 has the added benefit of helping protect against infertility, delayed conception, or abortion caused by Campylobacter fetus.
