Naxcel, ceftiofur, is used for treatment of BRD, shipping fever, pneumonia, and foot rot in cattle. Bacterial pneumonia in Swine, Sheep and Goats. Respiratory disease or strep in Horses. UTI in Dogs. 4 gm bottle.
Dosage: Cattle IM or SQ 12 mL / 100. Repeated at 24hour intervals for 3 days. Swine IM 1 ml/ 22 to 37 lbs. Repeated at 24hour intervals for 3 days. Sheep and Goats IM 12 ml/ 100 lbs. Repeated at 24hour intervals for 3 days. Horses IM 24 ml / 100 lbs. Repeated at 24hour intervals for 3 days. Dogs .1 ml / 5lbs. Repeated at 24hour intervals for 514 days.
