AniMed's nutritional Flax Seed Oil is made from flax seed, one of the richest plant sources of the essential Omega3 fatty acid, including Omega6 fatty acid and the essential alphalinolenic acid (ALA).
Flax Seed Oil provides other supportive micro-nutrient. Horses require a minimum level of fat in their diet for optimum health. Contains soybean oil and cold-pressed, organic flaxseed oil.
Feed 1000 lb. horses 1 - 2 oz. daily; 500 lb. horses 1 oz. daily with feed. Liquid.
This product is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. As a general rule of good feeding practice, oils should be introduced gradually.
