United StatesTerrible. For 10 days I called, emailed, called corporate but I could not get ahold of anyone that could tell me where my shipment was. After being fed up I eventually went to the store for them to tell me that my purchase was put on permanent hold because they did not have one thing on the item. They gave me the rest of my order but I still have not received this dog collar nor a refund. I would not recommend this company at all.
